Euromeet 1 – Registration

Hello Ladies,
The Ladies Circle 1 Luxembourg is very happy to invite all European clubs LC1, LC10, LC11, LC100, LC 110, LC111 and all clubs less than 100km away to our Euromeet 1 that will take place from 20 to 22 September 2013! This is a great chance to visit the Luxembourgish Moselle area, meet Ladies from around Europe, have lots of fun and… taste the Luxembourgish wine! Check out our program and sign up as soon as possible (until June 15th, take advantage of the « early bird » prices!)!

You will find the program and the registration form attached.

We would be very grateful to the national board members if you could forwarded this message to the presidents of the clubs LC1, LC10, LC11, LC100, LC 110, LC111, and then the club presidents please continue the chain and forward it to your ladies!

To make sure that we have reached everyone, it would be great if the president of the clubs could confirm that they have received the information. Thanks!

Details regarding Euromeet 1 in Luxembourg are being worked out;-) …

but as soon as the program is finalized we will let you know!

For now, we know that the celebrations will take place in the beautiful Moselle region in the east of the country in the town of Remerschen.

Date of arrival: Friday 20.09.2013 –

Saturday 21.09.2013 –

in the morning “Meeting” ;

in the afternoon “city trip or wine tasting”or …..

in the evening “Dinner & Dancing” (dress code: casual smart)

Costs about +/- 200,-€ (without the youthhostel 27,50€/night)

par hasard je tombe sur votre site et je reste baba … quelle prestation ! Vous n’êtes peut-être pas très nombreuses (bien que) mais quelle énergie et quelle organisation. Félicitations de tout coeur ! Je vous souhaite une bonne continuation et un excellent passage au full membership que vous méritez tellement.
